Expansion
Activate all of your eighteen ofmos by launching new products or by entering new markets, or both.
Restructuring (a)
Divest three “triangle” businesses and acquire the capabilities for two higher-potential “square” ofmos.
Restructuring (b)
Divest two “square” businesses and acquire the capabilities for one higher-potential “pentagon” ofmos.
Finale
Strategically exit all of your active businesses and end the game with the highest return at the table.
