1. Subject

The “FREE PRINT & PLAY DEMO”, published on the website OFMOS.COM (“the Website”), shall allow visitors and users (“Users”) to enjoy a glimpse of the game Ofmos in the safety of their respective homes.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the User’s access to and use of the “FREE PRINT & PLAY DEMO”, which is subject to his/her acceptance of and compliance with the Terms. These Terms, along with the website’s General Terms of Use, apply to all visitors and users.

3. Personal use only

4. Responsibility

The User agrees to be responsible and liable to Cristian Mitreanu in respect of all damages, losses, expenses arising directly or indirectly from his acts, omissions to act in compliance with the present Terms.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cristian Mitreanu from all liability, costs, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from any breach to the present Terms.

5. Termination

This “FREE PRINT & PLAY DEMO” courtesy offer and access may be terminated by Cristian Mitreanu immediately and without prior notice at his sole discretion. Cristian Mitreanu may not be liable if, for any reason, the “FREE PRINT & PLAY DEMO” is unavailable for any reason, at any time.

Once terminated, the User shall not use, duplicate, and or share links or files.
